Abstract:
In modern models of weapons and military equipment, automated control systems of technical means basing on microprocessor technologies are widely used. Creation of such systems involves high financial and time costs. Violation of the deadlines for the creation of automated control systems for defense equipment leads to negative consequences for the contractor – payment of a penalty to the customer and entry of the organization into the register of unscrupulous suppliers of the state defense order. Authors of the article analyzed the factors influencing the design process, proposed an algorithm for making managerial decisions by the administration of an organization of the military-industrial complex about the possibility of the organization’s participation in the work on creation of automated control systems.

Abstract: In the era of digital transformation, improving business efficiency and product quality, making timely management decisions in difficult situations, effective interaction with all consumers are among the most important tasks in the life cycle of industrial enterprises. Competition in the modern market is won by the companies that quickly make decisions and respond to changes in the external and internal environment. Without an integrated information system (IIS) for industrial enterprise management and the architectural view on its components, it is impossible to solve the strategic tasks set within the digital economy.
The IIS for enterprise management is an automated control system, created on the basis of application integration according to the concept of IT architecture, and more broadly, to the enterprise architecture (EA), necessary to achieve a mission of a company, covering all the links and groups involved in the production, sales, maintenance and services created by this company. Industrial enterprises began to pay special attention not only to automation of production processes, but also to relationships with customers, as well as with partners involved both in the supply chains of raw materials and components, and in the sale of produced goods. The EA is based on substantial investments in infrastructure, applications, information, people and automation of basic and management business processes.
