Abstract: The article discusses the prospects for modernization in Russia, development of innovative infrastructure and effective strategy, and technology improvement at industrial enterprises. A significant place in the work is given to possible ways to improve financial support and assistance in the industrial sector. Author analyzes the bottlenecks cramping efficient operation of enterprises, discusses the main objectives of modernization, the main prerequisites for further improvement and development of industrial production.

Distribution logistics model in the planning strategy for the creation of high-tech sophisticated products

Abstract: Based on the theory of fuzzy sets, external logistics model for a manufacturer of high-tech sophisticated products is considered. It is intended for making decisions at the output of the enterprise management system. With its help, the construction of a logistics network for the distribution of products is carried out. Due to the significant uncertainty in the characteristics of new products during the formation, the model uses expert assessments and the apparatus of the theory of fuzzy sets. The model will allow you to make effective logistics decisions. The article reflects the authors’ view on the design of modern control systems for creation of high-tech sophisticated products. On the one hand, authors consider domestic practice in development of automated control systems, and on the other, focus on modern information systems, methods and models united by the common name «artificial intelligence».

Digitalizing recording and support for transportation business

Abstract: The article discusses the prospects for the introduction of an electronic transportation document. In accordance with the general trend of expanding the digitalization of internal accounting, companies need to introduce new systems and software products related to government information systems. One of the options is electronic accounting and tracking of transportation. The article discusses new opportunities and benefits from the introduction of an electronic transportation document, the companies’ difficulties associated with their transition to application of this electronic document. The forms of the electronic transportation documents and algorithm of their usage are currently undergoing the approval process, and enterprises have enough time to prepare and master a new software product.

Theoretical foundations of designing the organizational and economic structure of innovative energy-efficient clusters (part 2)

Abstract: The author’s research is devoted to the problems of development of the new-type cluster structures like innovative energy-efficient clusters. Author substantiates the relevance of such clusters for the modern conditions of the Russian economy taking into account new trends in the development of high-tech production, and gives a definition of an innovative energy-efficient cluster concept. He also devises an organizational and economic structure of the innovative energy efficiency cluster, paying special attention to digital transformation of its participants, as well as to the cluster-wide implementation of the energy-efficient technologies. To realize informational integration of cluster participants, author suggests creation of a cloud management system being a digital cloud of the cluster.

Social planning as a way of personnel management at an industrial enterprise

Abstract: Affecting labor behavior, the economic mechanism seriously impacts on the value orientations of employees, labor activity, lifestyle, contributes to the formation of an employee. A form of regulation of such processes in society is called the social planning. The subject of social planning in an organization has always excited many different discussions. It does not matter which industry the company belongs to, whether it is small or large, highly specialized or multidisciplinary. This article describes the problems of social planning at an industrial enterprise as continuation of the general business planning process. Author also studies the necessity and possibility of implementing such plans. The article is a tribute to a marvelous person, Ph.D. in economics, associate professor G. A. Aminova.

The impact of government ministries to construction of Russian clusters is defined.

Abstract: The article is devoted to the development of the basis for organizing a team to form an intellectual innovation-industrial cluster. The author analyzes the latest trends in construction of cluster economy, determines the need to form a new type of cluster structures, namely the intellectual innovation-industrial clusters. The structure of the team for formation of this type of clusters is being designed with reference to distribution of powers of its participants over five functional planes corresponding to the individual types of tasks for the integration of its participants. Specific tasks and functions of the team members within the individual planes are defined.

Innovation-based development of Samara Aerospace Cluster

Abstract: Modern Russian industry, including its high-tech segments such as mechanical engineering, is the basis for ensuring the competitiveness of countries, as well as sustainable GDP growth. The development of this segment is currently taking place at the junction of two main trends, reflecting both the general trends of digital transformation and taking into account the specifics of cluster approaches. Aerospace engineering is one of the most advanced, knowledge-intensive segments of mechanical engineering; at the same time, it is historically developed at a high level in our country and is a participant in the global market, an exporter of high-tech products and services. In this regard, this article is devoted to the consideration of the hypothesis about the potential for the development of mechanical engineering in the context of digital transformation on the example of the Samara Aerospace territorial innovation cluster.

Impact of marketing studies when elaborating requirements for high-tech products of civil aviation

Abstract: The article is dedicated to the role of marketing in the development of the product offer of aviation industrial enterprises and creation of such high-tech products as civil aircraft. Based on the results of the study of marketing management practices in the definition of requirements for the modern aircraft design, the possibilities of the most complete use of marketing strategic analysis tools are considered. The main purpose of a comprehensive market research is to define the requirements of airlines for aircraft project, which requires complex analysis of the route network development, the competitive environment, as well as the political, economic and legal factors. Marketing support of competitive aircraft design process is of particular importance when entering the foreign market. In that context, critical analysis of specific features and systematization of the possibilities to use marketing research methods in creation and promotion of civil aircraft on the world market seems an important and actual problem.
