He is born in Moscow on November 29, 1975. In 1998 was graduated from the Moscow state aviation technological university in “Management” and came to full-time postgraduate study. At the same time he became the winner of the All-Russian competition of the RF President grant for training abroad. During 1998-1999 he passed scientific training in business school of Kingston university (Great Britain). By results of training 10 scientific works are published in the leading European economic journals. Since 1999 – has been working in Moscow state technological university. In 2004 he defended the candidate dissertation: “Development of methodical process support of investment projects selection in electrical power branch in the conditions of reforming”. Since 2007 – the dean of “Economy and management in the industry” faculty named after V. B. Rodinov. In 2009 he defended the doctoral dissertation: “Management of innovative and investment activity of the industrial organization”. In 2010 elected in academic status of professor. In 2014 appointed as the director of Institute of management, economy and social technologies of MATI. The dissertation council chairman in economic sciences based in MATI (Д 212.110.09).
During scientific and pedagogical activity published more than 140 scientific and educational and methodical works, 7 monographs, 14 textbooks as an author and in a co-authorship and also is the author of Business encyclopedia.
Golov R.S. is the editorial board’s member of such journals as “Technology of Mechanical Engineering”, “Organizer of Production” and “Ekonominfo” , presidium member of Free economic society of Russia, the presidium member of EMA (educational and methodical Association) in the field of Production management. Elected as a full member of the International academy of science and practice of the production organization and the International academy of Sciences of information, information processes and technologies.
