Abstract: The article is devoted to the study of the essence, role and distinctive features of the «Industry 5.0» paradigm, which is based on the most progressive directions of intellectual and technological high-tech industry development. The study is carried out by the authors in the context of the relatively new paradigm «Industry 4.0», which laid the foundations for the production’s intelligent automation. Individual elements of these paradigms are considered, as well as the changing man’s role in the production process.

Abstract: For the first time in the beginning of XX century the Soviet scientist A. A. Bogdanov formulated the essential principles of the solution of the General problem of achieving a balance (equilibrium) of the entire national economy and its components, and at the end of the same century, R. S. Kaplan and D. P. Norton developed the balanced scorecard for industrial enterprises, which provided new opportunities for the effective management and success measurement in business. In the article, the ways and terms of production factors balance achieving, considering in researches of D. R. Latypova, are made.

Abstract: Few managers are indifferent to such a document as «Strategic map». Someone has hopes for the guaranteed strategic plans implementation, someone feels negative emotions because of the simplified and little effective impact on the goals achievement. Despite the large number of advantages, the strategic map’s construction is not a «magic wand « that fulfills all the desires of its developer. If the company is ready for a detailed strategy elaboration, system management by indicators, then this tool is likely to be useful.

Abstract: The article is devoted to the possibilities of benchmarking usage for enterprise management. Benchmarking methods that are actively used in many foreign companies’ management are gradually coming to Russian enterprises, yielding positive results. The author describes benchmarking methods and their types, as well as the opportunities that benchmarking opens for the company. The emphasis is placed on the role of managers who wants to make their company competitive through the innovations introduction developed through benchmarking. The author comes to the conclusion that benchmarking is a necessary component of modern business, which provides gaining an advantage in sales markets.

Efficiency improving of the industry enterprise activity through management and technology innovations usage

Abstract: The efficiency of enterprise activity, quantity and quality of produced goods fundamentally depend on the management system, competence of employees, as well as on the relevant material and technical base of the enterprise. Timely audit of the enterprise’s current state need to be conducted on the regular basis, including external integrators, information systems usage, which will allow to determine changes in management and resources, to propose a strategy for the development of its human and logistical capacity. Missing competences of the employees can be compensated with the help of the network and individually-targeted training in the framework of basic and further education, and the need for equipment and technologies can be fulfilled via technological innovations.

Abstract: The article deals with the problems of modern higher education, which is responsible for the human resources preparation for high-tech industries. Problems of Russian civil helicopters’ park renovation

Abstract: One of the national air transport system components are the airlines associated with the helicopters operation. The airlines existence in the market has set a number of important tasks, the success of which depends on their further development. The airlines are now at the forefront of aircraft fleet updating problem. The article shows that the factors of primary impact on the justification and implementation of the helicopters fleet updating strategy include the physical and moral aging of helicopters, the annual flight hours per helicopter, the price of new helicopters models and their operation cost. The effect of these factors is considered on the example of the Mi‐8 helicopter as the largest in the civil helicopters fleet in Russia.

Abstract: The article is devoted to the problems of modern agricultural management development. The author pays special attention to the use of aircraft monitoring systems in solving problems of precision agriculture. The article investigates the means and methods of agro‐ecomonitoring on the basis of agricultural aviation, rotorcraft (helicopters) and unmanned aerial vehicles. The analysis of tools, methods, advantages and disadvantages of existing means of aircraft monitoring in agriculture is made. Advantages of modern high‐ tech equipment application for the georeferenced multispectral imagery implementation of agricultural land in the modern agromanagement usage. On the basis of the conclusions and recommendations analysis of perspective ways of development in the existing problems solution of Russian modern precision agriculture development are formulated.
