Ulanov D. V., senior lecturer at the Department of Military missions administration of the Ministry of defense of the Russian Federation
Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University), Moscow

Abstract:
In modern economic conditions, the issues of increasing the efficiency of the organization’s activities do not lose their relevance. The hierarchical organizational structure of enterprise management, which has become most widespread in industry, along with key advantages such as unity of command, coordination of actions of employees, easy control and management has a number of significant drawbacks, one of which is the complexity of communication between employees of the organization, leading to increase of the time necessary for executing orders and tasks. Managers of industrial enterprises daily face the task of efficient using limited time resources to achieve the tactical and strategic goals of the company. The article considers a concept of optimizing the communication system between employees of the organization as a way to minimize the shortcomings of the hierarchical structure of the management of an industrial enterprise.

Implementation of the import substitution strategy through the development of mechanical engineering
Polzunova N. N., doctor of Economic sciences, head of the Management and marketing Department
Vladimir State University named after Alexander and Nikolay Stoletovs, Vladimir

Abstract: In modern conditions, a large-scale import substitution process is being launched in Russia. A special role in the implementation of the import substitution strategy is assigned to industry, especially mechanical engineering. The article analyzes the import dependence of the Russian economy. In particular, author argues that import dependence is not caused by lag in all areas of the economy, in some of them the reasons for import dependence are managerial problems. The article offers options for organizing the process of import substitution and the direction of its stimulation. Attention is focused on the involvement of small and medium-sized industrial enterprises in the process of import substitution. The presented research results complement other studies on the implementation of the import substitution strategy.

Electronic layouts of aviation products within information infrastructure environment
Mezina N. A., candidate of Economic sciences, associate professor at the Management and marketing of high-tech industries Department
Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University), Moscow

Abstract: The article is devoted to the peculiarities of designing high-tech products using an electronic product layout. Its distinctive features, the potential opportunities that it gives, the key stages of implementation are examined using the example of aviation technology. Due to the fact that the development of an electronic product layout and its management should be carried out in a single information infrastructure environment for both developers and manufacturers, emphasis is placed on the expediency of using specialized computer software and unified electronic procedures supported by an automated product data management system.

Abstract: According to the concept of «University 3.0», a higher educational institution on the path of its evolution should develop production infrastructure and increase extra-budgetary revenues, in addition expanding the labor market for its graduates and students. Adhering to the triple helix model in the performance of this task, the university faces such a basic task as the systematization of interaction with the other participants of the model. In addition, the «University 3.0» concept implies an expansion of the range of services provided, including broader profiling of educational activities. As one of the ways of such expansion, the article considers the introduction of the mobile education technologies and, in particular, micro-education. Caused by a significant expansion of the range of social functions of the university, the need to improve the image is considered from the point of view of the development of three identified main areas – public, sectoral and internal.
