Abstract:
In this article, the authors determine the relevance of the introduction of a controlling system at a machine-building enterprise. To date, a number of economic and technological problems of the domestic machine-building sector have revealed its weaknesses and identified the need to adapt and improve not only production processes, but also management systems. The state significance of such enterprises is indisputable both for the economy and for national security, therefore, government support measures and benefits for domestic producers are being actively implemented. Considerable support for the activities of machine-building enterprises in conditions of crisis and sanctions can be provided by the use of modern management methods, mechanisms and controlling tools. The application of such innovations will lead to the strengthening of economic indicators, profit maximization, resistance to changing market conditions, which, in turn, will have a favorable impact on the entire domestic engineering industry. The article describes a step-by-step method of introducing the controlling system into the organizational and production activities of the enterprise, and also presents the necessary list of specialists who perform the functions of the controlling system and are responsible for the formation of the entire system as a whole.

Abstract: The article considers the goals of controlling, examines the modern interpretation of its types by response time, goal setting, measurability. The differences between strategic and operational controlling are studied. Based on the study of available methods and tools of operational controlling, the problem of uncertainty of priority of choice of objectives in the current operational activities are raised. The authors’ system of evaluating the process in terms of its division into basic components (basic resources) and assessing them through the criteria of product and reliability are suggested. The definitions of evaluation criteria are given: authors suggest a method of evaluation to determine the level of basic resource output from the target state necessary to ensure the process. Risks of such method are fixed, the example of split to the basic resources for the process of measurement of electroconductivity is given. The conclusion about expediency of application of this method within the framework of managers’ operational activity is made.

Abstract: Russian industry, following the world market, intensities usage of technologies that meet principles of sustainable development. At the same time, the implementation of ESG initiatives doesn’t always mean additional costs. On the contrary, a significant number of green economy approaches are not only environmentally friendly, but also cost-effective. Such technologies include the use of municipal solid waste as an alternative fuel in the cement industry. The method allows simultaneous solving the issues of partial replacement of fossil fuels, waste disposal and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. In Russia, municipal solid waste is currently used as an alternative fuel only at Holcim production facilities.

Abstract: The introduction of anti-Russian sanctions affected all areas of the functioning of the national aviation system. Cooperation between foreign manufacturers of aviation equipment and Russian airlines on issues of maintaining the airworthiness of aircraft has been terminated. The number of international air lines sharply decreased. There were a lot of organizational, financial and personnel problems. At the same time, the strategic model of the functioning of the national aviation system remained virtually unchanged. For this reason, disproportions are growing and systemic threats are emerging. At the same time, internal reserves are not used. The purpose of this article is to analyze the main contradictions of the current aviation system management strategy, predict possible negative scenarios and suggest options for adjusting the existing strategy.
