The theoretical foundations of the industry digital transformation in the context of the Fourth industrial revolution (part 1)

Abstract: The technological development intensification of modern industry in recent years has contributed to significant progress in intelligent production automation systems development. The development and active implementation of such systems in enterprises made it possible to achieve a drastic increase in the production efficiency and to combine individual technical subsystems of these enterprises within the common digital infrastructure framework. The scale of changes in the production organization and management due to the these technologies usage allowed leading world scientists and experts to declare the beginning of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, also known as Industry 4.0. In the proposed study, the author analyzes both the prerequisites for the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the positions of individual scientists and researchers regarding its essence and influence on modern industry. In addition, in the final part of the study, the author considers some scenarios for the two Industry 4.0 technologies: digital twins and augmented reality.

Analysis of the russian clusters development dynamics in the conditions of economy digital transformation (part 1)

Abstract: The author’s research is devoted to the consideration of the problems of clusters creating and developing in Russia and abroad. The author justifies the relevance of creating clusters for the modern innovative economy, studies the main technological and organizational drivers of their development in the Fourth Industrial Revolution era. The second part of the study deals in detail with major state cluster programmes. The author pays special attention to the main indicators analysis reflecting the cluster formations development in high-tech sectors of Russian industry.

Abstract: The article presents the main theoretical and practical provisions and recommendations used in restructuring large enterprises by combining or allocating structural divisions, production units, as well as creating integrated structures, including the parent company and subsidiaries. Solutions to problems of dedicated departments flexible development, including quantity determination of products in development, are considered. The main results obtained by the authors using the developed models of commodity and cash flows in the production association consisting of the parent company and subsidiaries using the example of Tulamashzavod software are given.

Analysis of financial results inclusion feasibility of the organization’s activities with state participation in its scorecard

Abstract: The purpose of this article is to substantiate the need of balanced scorecard introduction in state- owned enterprises as a more effective alternative to the financial indicators system. To achieve this goal, the domestic regulatory framework analysis and the existing practice of developing and implementing indicators systems for evaluating the performance of organizations (KPIs) was carried out, and the reasons for their lack of efficiency and beneficial effect were identified. An approach is proposed that makes it possible to form a cross-cutting cascaded indicators system that combines the strategic goals of state socio-economic development and the performance indicators of individual economic entities.

New approaches to solving modern problems of system management in industry and machine-building production

Abstract: The presented materials are devoted to a hot topic – improving the management of industrial and machine-building production. At present, new approaches to solving modern problems of system production management are needed. Many of the proposed directions of socio-economic development of the country can be implemented only by joint efforts of the state, corporate, municipal levels of government and industrial organizations’ labour collectives in difficult conditions of international relations, the coronavirus pandemic, financial and economic crisis, etc. In these conditions, the key production factors are increasing production efficiency, introducing IT and other high technologies, digital methods and, of course, innovative management solutions.

Сoncept, essence and classification of clusters in the innovative economy conditions (Part 1)

Abstract: In a modern innovative economy, the development of new forms of scientific and industrial cooperation, including cluster structures, is of particular importance. In the study, the author analyzes the prerequisites of the cluster theory development, the concept and essence of cluster structures. Classification of clusters is being developed on the basis of 10 classification criteria followed by the analysis of certain types of cluster formations reflected in it. The focus of the cluster on improving its own energy efficiency is highlighted as a priority criterion. Taking into account the high economic importance in the economic crisis context , the author’s definition of a new type of cluster structures – innovative energy-efficient clusters is being developed.

Social media as a tool for marketing interaction for the aviation industry promotion in the global information field

Abstract: The article reveals the concept and essence of interaction marketing as a modern concept, which was started by the marketing of relationships, which relies on maintaining and strengthening long-term relationships with customers. There is a list of tools used in the interaction marketing is presented, among which special attention is paid to social networks as an effective tool for interaction between the company and the target audience to ensure its loyalty both in the present and in the future. Data for January 2021 show the relevance of using social platforms to achieve strategic business goals. The issue of the use of social networks by aviation industry enterprises has been considered in detail. Data on the dynamics of the number of subscribers to the pages of the aviation industry in popular social networks in the second half of 2020 are noted opportunities to use online platforms to promote the aviation industry in the global information field.

Systematic approach to energy-saving technologies implementing in industrial enterprises

Abstract: The article is devoted to systemic improvement analysis of industrial enterprises’ energy efficiency through energy-efficient technologies introduction. The author analyzed the definitions of “energy- saving technology.” Based on the considered definitions, the author has formed his own definition of the “energy-efficient technology,” justifying the importance of systematic approach applying to the practical implementation of technologies in enterprises. Own classification of energy efficient technologies has been developed and described according to individual classification criteria.

Abstract: The article deals with the requirements to the human capital of the modern economy, based on the signs of superindustrial civilization which is coming to replace the post-industrial society. Special attention is paid to the human capital of high-tech industries. In turn, this requires a change in the approach to the education system that prepares employees for these industries. The article focuses on the training of economic and managerial personnel by strengthening the object orientation of this education. The integrated educational system is considered as a basic tool of such education.
