Zagidullin R.R. — Classification of systems engineering production planning
Abstract: One of the main objectives of the enterprise in terms of automating decision-making and management of material flows is the production planning at various levels — from financial flows and business processes across the enterprise to manufacturing operations in some plants. It is also said that the choice of system planning at any level — ERP, APS, MES, is necessary above all to draw attention to the importance for the specific production of one or other classification criteria and the appropriate functions in the chosen system. On the basis of classification attributes can be considered to solve the optimization problem on the vector criteria to select the optimum for the enterprise planning system.
Key words: planning, classification attributes, the criteria to achieve efficiency, integration of production
Tochilin O.V. — Features of crisis management in engineering enterprises
Abstract: The term “crisis management (AC)” in the Russian context the present difficult times already well established and is very important. The need for the AU is determined by the development objectives of socio-economic systems (SES) and the existence of risks and development of the crisis. In some areas and spheres of human activity, including in the scientific and practical, you can use a PC using its FPGA for analysis, comparison, evaluation and results. This principle of operation can be widely used in the regulation (control) as a market economy at the macro level of national economies, and micro-level analysis, diagnosis and management decisions.
Key words: crisis management, PC, FPGA, socio-economic systems

Chervyakov L.M., Dolgov V.A., Ananiev A.V. — Assess the possibility of the technological system of production goods
Abstract: Market development of engineering products has led to an increase in the range of products and reduce the number of products. In this situation, the reduction of technological preparation of production (CCI) of products is a prerequisite for competitiveness. The method of assessing the technical possibility of the technological system in terms of job production of this product. The mechanism of formation of alternative technological systems, processes and operations.
Key words: technological system, alternative systems technology, technical feasibility of the technological system

Dobrinsky E.S., Sein V.A. — The Russian sector of commercial vehicles in the modern economy
Abstract: Domestic manufacturers of commercial vehicles in the crisis in 2009 have significantly reduced their production. In order to overcome the crisis of the Russian car industry is necessary to avoid further decline of the market for commercial vehicles. The article presents data illustrating the production in commercial transport in Russia in the current period. The condition and proposed measures to increase production of cars LCV class.

Lukicheva L.I., Egorycheva E.V., Kurbat V.Y. — Leasing is a form of commercialization of intellectual property
Abstract: The paper says that in the innovation economy undergoing fundamental changes in the technological basis of social production. That is why the leasing of IP rights is a high demand market mechanism to ensure the improvement of innovative development and competitiveness of domestic companies. However, for the dissemination of this mechanism requires the development of legal, organizational and economic support, including appropriate legal framework, as well as the necessary tools and methods of organizational and economic support of leasing transactions.

Rogov V.A., Dzhuburi A.H. Al. — Model of the planning of logistics operation and maintenance products
Abstract: This article describes the basic principles of calculating the parameters of the stock of spare parts to sustain readiness Park finished products at the lowest possible cost. The model developed allows the automatic mode (using a computer) to calculate the necessary reasonable number and range of spare parts to ensure the smooth operation of the product during its entire life. The main difficulty in implementing the model described above is selected, the level of risk. The level of risk must be chosen so that the resulting level of reserve to provide the required availability factor Park finished products at the lowest possible cost.

Bogoyavlensky-Hramov M.S. — Records Management in the quality management system
Abstract: Industrial production in the modern, dynamic socio-economic conditions, characterized by high complexity products through the coordinated work of many enterprises. Process design and management of production in individual enterprises are carried out using automated systems, so for a successful co-production activities should be carried out informational interaction of such systems. In addition, information interaction is also necessary between producers and consumers, as the purpose of industrial production is to create products of the required quality, easy to use and maintain.

Emikh J.K., Bukharov S.V., Vinogradov V.M. — Comparative analysis of the effectiveness of methods of continuous and step-pressing sheet reinforced thermoplastics
Abstract: One of the main obstacles to widespread use of polymer composites reinforced with continuous fibers (PKVM), in economic terms, besides the high price of the initial components (binder and filler) is, first and foremost, it is not adapted to the processes of manufacturing products from these materials industrial equipment. Hence, the main task of high-volume production, providing for the manufacture of large quantities of polymer parts for constructional purposes at relatively low cost can be solved with the help of sheet reinforced thermoplastics (Louth), manufactured by GPI and dyslipidemia.
