Principle concept of digital transformation for high-tech enterprises

Abstract:
The author’s study is devoted to the development of conceptual foundations for the digital transformation of high-tech enterprises based on Industry 4.0 technologies. Author substantiates the relevance of digital technology implementation in Russian industry. The key barriers to systemic digital transformation of enterprises are analyzed. An architecture for distribution of the digital technologies in an enterprise in accordance with the functions implemented by them is developed.

Self-organization and self-development of personality as the basis for human potential management at an enterprise in conditions of environment transformation

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the problem of human potential managing in a new socio-economic reality characterized by the active transformation processes with a high degree of uncertainty, unpredictability and turbulence. Author declares the necessity to restructure the socio-economic institutions and production systems on the basis of modern scientific knowledge, creative values and priorities, self-organization, self-development and sound management. She also justifies her own vision of aspects and competencies relevant in the context of the global transformation.

Development of criteria for selecting strategic goals of an industrial organization based on a retrospective analysis of NASA goal-setting documents

Abstract: The purpose of this article is to form an approach to selection of the strategic goals for an organization. To implement this task, the analysis of the formation of NASA strategic goals for three periods was carried out, their comparison with the criteria of the SMART methodology was performed. As a result, a register of criteria for selecting the strategic goals has been formed, which on the grounds of a developed matrix “market requirements – enterprise capabilities” allows to create the strategic goals that most accurately meet the specifics of an organization and its capabilities, as well as take into account the risks of activity.

Analysis of the possibility to reproduce promising technologies without the use of licenses in emergency circumstances: problems and advantages

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the analysis of the possibility of reproducing the latest promising foreign technologies with the exception of production secrets including know-how obtained by concluded license agreements. The impossibility of acquiring foreign intellectual property may be induced by the severe economic sanctions and other extraordinary circumstances. Examples of both successful and unsuccessful copying of complex technology are considered, the reasons for this are analyzed. In addition, the procedure and features of searching for counterparties and concluding of license agreements are considered.

Applied principles to form innovative power-efficient clusters

Abstract: One of the most important tasks of economic development of the Russian cluster sphere is to increase the energy efficiency of its participants. To solve this problem, author has developed a new type of the cluster structures called an innovative energy efficiency cluster. This study presents the applied basis for the formation of such clusters within the framework of six functional projections. In addition, special attention is paid to the energy saving measures implemented while constructing these projections.

Digitalization of the marketing activities of aircraft manufacturing corporations

Abstract:
Currently, the marketing activities of enterprises, as well as other business processes, are undergoing the digital transformation. This applies not only to the communications and sales, but also to the analytical capabilities of market participants, since the successful promotion of goods depends on the precise definition of the target audience, customer needs, their preferences regarding goods and sales conditions, reaction to communicative influences, competitive environment. Aviation-industrial enterprises producing science-intensive high-tech products carry out marketing research at all stages of civil aircraft life cycle. Exactly large-scale automation of analysis and forecasting of the aircraft market and related markets, consolidation of individual databases into a single array, as well as the use of artificial intelligence to process large amount of information is on the agenda at the aviation-industrial sector enterprises.

Abstract: The article substantiates the potential openings for largest domestic universities due to industrial transformations caused by western sanctions. The real ways of career development for future graduates are considered. Authors suggest few necessary changes in constructing educational trajectories of future specialists and the learning policy on the grounds of integrated activities of the industrial enterprises and the large universities. The steps aimed at achieving such integration applying the elements of an integrated learning system are considered.

Analysis of the 5th All-Russian Economic Dictation outcome (Part 2)

Abstract: The article considers the results of the 5th All-Russian Economic Dictation, which is held annually in order to determine and increase the economic literacy level in Russia. Comparative analysis of quantitative and qualitative indicators of composition of participants and dictation results in 2021 and 2020 was carried out. Of particular interest is the analysis of the dictation indicators dynamics change during the period from 2017 to 2021. The important practical result of the campaign and the need for its further development are noted.

The possibilities of using polymer-mineral materials in the construction and exploitation of tailings

Abstract: A polymer-mineral material (PMM), developed at the Institute of Mechanics of Lomonosov Moscow State University, over the past few years has been used by the scientists of Moscow State University and Shushi Technological University in agriculture, urban planning, water management, waste disposal and other sectors of the economy. Numerous experimental studies conducted in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Armenia by various organizations (the Botanical Garden of Moscow State University, the Timiryazev Academy, the Institute of Agriculture of the Crimea, the Sadko Company, the ShTU, the Institute of Water Management of Armenia, etc.) have shown that the dosed mixing of PMM with various soils allows significantly increase their moisture capacity, as well as significantly increase the viscosity of the liquid, which makes it possible to use PMM not only in agriculture for growing plants, but also in the construction of reservoirs and the exploitation of tailings as a waterproofing material.

Abstract: The article sheds light on the basis of cyber readiness as the highest form of digital sovereignty, as well as its specific characteristics and the ways of implementing the concept in the context of global risks, challenges and threats for national economies. The object of the research is cyber readiness as a sustainable capability of a state to set cyberspace agenda and ensure national cybersecurity basing on sovereignty, proactive government actions and creation of a specific digital culture. Specific characteristics, factors and criteria of creation of cyber readiness are the subjects of research. The goal of the article is to create the concept of cyber readiness as a state of a system.
