Abstract:
A new stage of development in mechanical engineering is its digitalization. Digitalization in Russia is developing in accordance with the adopted federal acts, audits of the digital level of the machine-building profile as the most common form of production are being carried out. This trend is currently being analyzed in a multi-vector way. Taking into account digitalization, many studies of manufacturing enterprises are conducted, extensively covering all aspects of their activities. This is done to form transformation plans based on the need to pull up the weakest links of the production system to the required level of automation, which is statistically true, but when carefully considered, it is often mistakenly. Another way is suggested on the basis of digital doubles and digital approaches, most of which are far from factory practical tasks.

Corporate social responsibility and sustainable development in machine engineering: reporting, assessment of activities

Kostygova L. A., doctor of Economic sciences, professor at the Management and marketing of high-tech industries Department
Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University), Moscow

Abstract:
The concepts of corporate social responsibility and sustainable development have become widespread both abroad and among Russian companies. The implementation of this approach by machine-building enterprises increases the level of responsibility and openness of the processing complex. As a result of the conducted research, reporting was studied, methods and results of evaluating the activities of enterprises of the machine-building complex were considered, directions for improving their activities in this area are suggested.

Abstract:
The article considers and analyses the role of marketing analysis in the market of engineering products. The aspects that need to be considered when analysing the market of engineering products are determined, namely: types, stages and methods. A graph of the dynamics of production by types of economic activity is shown. A comparative characteristic of the machine-building market and the market of consumer goods is carried out, the main types of the industrial market and its features are named. The stages of marketing analysis are clearly presented in the form of a diagram, each of them is considered in detail: defining the goals and objectives of the study, collecting and analysing data, interpreting the results, formulating conclusions and recommendations, and implementing recommendations. The main directions of marketing analysis (operational analysis and strategic analysis) that can help enterprises to obtain reliable and up-to-date information about the market and its competitors are identified. The statistical, heuristic, mathematical, matrix, hybrid methods of marketing analysis used in practice and methods for modelling risks and processes are studied.

Abstract:
: The paper contains the results of the author’s research in the field of assessing the digital maturity of high-tech industrial enterprises. The importance of digital maturity assessment as one of the preparatory measures preceding the digital transformation of an enterprise is substantiated. The structure of a matrix for assessing the digital maturity of an enterprise is developed. The use of this matrix involves the assessment of the level of digital maturity of the main functional areas of the enterprise’s activities in five areas of digitalization. As part of the practical implementation of the assessment procedure, the author suggests using a method of expert evaluations. The main stages of experts’ work in carrying out the digital maturity assessment procedure are considered.
