Assessment of financial and economic management transformation in industrial holdings

Abstract: The estimating issues of the financial and economic management transformation in enterprises are considered, a list of effects is formed and analyzed, the declared effects of the main consulting companies in Russia are analyzed. The effects were grouped, which allows suggesting methods for evaluating them for each group. The author, analyzing each group, suggests evaluating it in three main ways: expert, dichotomous, and mathematical. Data for the last two methods can be obtained from automated enterprise systems.

Role of digital models in product lifecycle management

Abstract: The digital twin is one of the key concepts related to cyber physical production systems, industrial Internet of Things and Industry 4.0. This article comprehensively examines the concept of digital twins and related theories and existing practices. We are investigating the technological requirements and conditions for the development of a lifecycle management environment for cyber physical products – the basis for the implementation of effective digital twins. In addition, definitions of the digital product model, intelligent product, cyberphysical product, product avatar, digital shadow and digital flow are given, and their relationships are discussed as the main building blocks for the development of the cyberphysical environment of cyberphysical products.

Abstract: Industrial Revolution 4.0, occurring at an exponentially fast pace, is reshaping the global economic landscape and has a growing impact around the world. For survival and future development, every enterprise needs to understand how to apply new information technologies. It can be noted that the use of information software is important in the enterprise’s activities, contributes not only to improving the enterprise’s efficiency, but also to responding to growing customer demands. The article discusses the application of information technology in customer relationship management and offers a number of solutions for the effective use of IT in the telecommunications business.

Experimental study of multicriterial heuristic algorithms for the distribution of requirements across network nodes

Abstract: The modern trend of industrial corporate management is characterized by the use of a project approach not only in the projects implementation related to the innovations creation, but also in the organization of basic business processes. To coordinate numerous processes, as a rule, companies create a project office in which information flows are concentrated, the processing of which requires their separation, which makes it very popular to organize computing tasks in a computer network, which allow for uniform loading of network nodes and scheduling of solving many problems on a single computer network. The paper discusses a computational experiment with multicriterial heuristic algorithms for distributing requirements across network nodes.

Abstract: This article discusses the market aspects of ERP systems development for industry. The most competitive offers in the field of modern ERP systems are also analyzed. Based on international and Russian statistics on the implementation of ERP systems, forecasts are given for choosing the decision support direction for forming a consumption forecast, creating production plans, and timely raw materials purchasing of in the near future. This article examines the reasons for the introduction and principles of choosing an ERP system based on the leading manufacturers experience, as well as the evolutionary aspects of the ICT systems formation and factors influencing the formation and implementation of ERP in production systems.

Peculiarities of investment planning results’ integration in budget model formation within industrial holdings’ budget planning

Abstract: The issues of the investment planning results integration in the formation of the budget model within the framework of industrial holdings’ budget planning of are considered, integration options within the mathematical apparatus are analyzed depending on the peculiarities of the processes regulatory procedures. The author forms assumptions and proposes approaches to updating investment projects within the budget campaign framework. As a special case, if it is not possible to synchronize the investment and budget planning processes, an alternative version of data synchronization is proposed.

Role and tools of internal marketing in implementing the needs of company employees

Abstract: The development of the modern business space could not but affect the internal marketing of enterprises. The author notes that the task of intra-organizational marketing is to determine and identify motivation tools for each employee of the company. The article interprets the five-step pyramid of A. Maslow’s needs from the point of view of the employee’s work activity, analyzes the levers of influence on the staff, and considers the main tools of staff motivation. The author notes the key role of such criteria as receiving feedback (especially in the case of a horizontal management system), encouraging results’ achievement, and creating a team focused on a single result in the modern organization’s internal marketing system.

Abstract: The article examines the marketing concepts that determine the strategy and tactics of an industrial enterprise marketing activities, substantiates the position that modern companies in conditions of economic uncertainty activate the use of marketing practices. The results of a mini-study of small and medium-sized industrial enterprises that use five main types of modern marketing are presented. Special attention is paid to the study of differences between groups of companies that implement different types of marketing and the intensity level of its application. The development of the marketing management system, in a turbulent environment, allows to use the system as part of the company’s anti-crisis management.

Abstract: In territories where there is no main supply of energy for the heat supply purpose, the heat supply organization efficiency is associated with the use of local energy potential. Reducing the release of chemicals into the environment in energy production is also possible by traditional fossil fuels usage reducing in heat supply systems. The article considers the issues of the feasibility of using local energy sources for heat supply. Economic, social and environmental factors influencing such assessment are considered.
